So, here I am spending my first Thanksgiving far away from any family other than my husband. Yesterday our friend Ben and I cooked our first apple pie, and prepped our first Turkey! I put it in the oven at about 8 this morning. Next will be potatoes, stuffing, salad, green bean casserole, croissants, gravy, and opening a can of Cranberry sauce! Fun stuff! I'm so used to other people cooking for me on this day.

To start off this journal, how about a little celebration!

YAY! I made this profile premium! I can now use pretty journal CCS codes. Thank you for you smart people who make these codes for use to use. It's awesome.

Now, time for me to complain.

So many weddings so little time to edit photos.

My poor husband must think I'm tired of him because I'm spending all my time on the computer.
My eyes feel like they have been burned into the computer monitor. I suppose I better get used to it if I'm going to keep doing photography for a living, lol.
It's hard to sleep when your eyes feel like this. I tried to keep them open all day while staring at a monitor, and then when I wanted to close them, they just ached. It didn't help that I kept getting elbowed and muffled by my new husband.
That's something else I'll have to get used to: Sleeping with a man who takes up half the bed without spreading out. lol

I want a nap.
